The Original five casino corporations in Las Vegas have been conglomerated into two main factions. This was due to the fracturing of blue laws in various states were either repealed or confiscated by the state governments. The two conglomerates are The Harrah’s MGM Merger with links to Boston; The second Mandalay Park Entertainment.

Park Place Entertainment
is an international gaming company which owns, operates or manages 28 casino properties in the United States, Australia, Uruguay, Canada, South Africa and at sea. Park Place was formed when Hilton Hotels Corporation split its lodging and gaming operations into two separate companies on 31 December 1998.
